  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and dust bags.
  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse cannot be returned.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package is safely returned.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@zelviks.com with photos of the item. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
